We are expecting twin boys in late July/early August and are looking for a long term sitter/nanny starting in November. For the right person, we'd be willing to wait until as late as January 2024 as a start date. The twins will be around 12 weeks (in November) and we'd need all day care for them Monday - Friday. I am a nurse who works full time 3 12 hour shifts a week. My husband works M-F 8-5. My schedule varies weekly but we are looking for assistance 2-3 days per week. The days would be different every week. We do not need weekend help. We wouldn't need help until after summer. We have never done this before. We have always had friends or family babysit. Our summer sitter will be going off to college this fall! So we are looking for someone to watch our fun, dinosaur loving 4-year-old son at our home in Wadsworth starting the week of Aug 15 and continuing through the school year.
