I am looking for a nanny who can help me with my son (1 yr old) while I'm working from home. He loves to play independently however, I will love to find someone who can play, teach him, prep meals (sometimes) and introduce him to nature and outside. The responsibilities would include the following: - Cleaning the children's living spaces, such as the playroom area. - Preparing meals for my son according to the specific needs and taste - Providing an overall environment that enables my son to safely learn and play - A nanny must always be patient and understanding and keep a kind and have an even demeanor to model positive behavior and help my son to grow and develop from these moments. - It's important that a nanny can engage and play with my son in a creative way. - My son need to feel safe, validated, accepted, prioritized, trusted and supported in order to thrive in an environment. Nanny who will be influential in shaping the environment a he grows up in, so caring for my son's social and emotional well-being is a top priority. - He needs three full meals a day and plenty of healthy liquids and snacks to support his growth and development. It's important that a nanny can apply principles of basic nutrition and health when preparing meals and snacks. The ability to cook or prepare kid-friendly dishes and to make meals or snacks that are designed for eating at home or taking on-the-go is important in this role. - My son can get flustered or have tantrums, accidents can happen, and unforeseen events sometimes occur. It's important that a nanny can stay calm under pressure. - Spanish speaker is a must.
