Responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and disinfecting all areas of a facility. Perform basic cleaning, sanitation, and minor maintenance of an assigned building and associated grounds including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, trash removal. Light snow removal and lawn maintenance. Hours are Monday thru Friday with some Saturdays.

Arrive 8 a.m. transfer from bed via wheelchair to master bath to shower, dress apply make-up use restroom. Fix light breakfast. Make bed, laundry when needed, light housework and companionship. Husband handles all shopping, driving heavy housework and all transportation, medications for household. Everything gardening, including vegetables and especially flowers, butterflies and other garden creatures. Compassionate care giver skills. Parking in the home driveway is available and always cleaned of snow in the winter. No pets.

We are looking for cleaning to be done on a monthly basis, with maybe the first couple of visits just a week or two apart to get a deep cleaning done at first. We do have one dog and one cat (in case allergies are a concern).

About who needs care: Patient survived a stroke leaving her with an inoperative left hand and limited walking capacity. She is fully cognitive, speaks clearly and can give instructions. Ideal day/evening is assistance toileting and getting dressed/undressed, having meals prepared, transport to Dr. appointments. About the care needs: Required skills: experience with transferring patient from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bed, wheelchair to car seat. Showering. Able to physically adjust patient in bed with required support from pillows and other therapeutic devices. Can cook or take instructions in food preparation. Is not allergic to cats. Has a snow friendly vehicle in the Winter time. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

Searching for a great house cleaner. Can you provide your own cleaning supplies (detergents, etc)? Can you provide your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc)? We're drowning! We need a reset so we can get back to some semblance of order!

Need a housekeeper to "drop in," at least twice a week. Mail handling, general health-and-comfort check of house. Do not need to cut the grass in the summer and shovel snow in the winter but to notify a contractor I have to do this task on an as-needed basis. Water a few plants in the front of the house. Other duties when appropriate.

About who needs care: Heart condition, history of falls due to balance. Uses a walker. He used to ski, scuba dive, traveled to many countries. Was active until injury a few years ago so cannot use left arm. Sleeps until around 9-10 am, though sometimes is up earlier. About the care needs: A person who is encouraging but not bossy. He is very independent. Person should be able to converse about variety of topics, if possible, including snow sports, water sports, boating, and travel. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.

Large residence located in Littleton is in need of a part-time, well rounded, outdoor maintenance assistant. Responsibilities include-power washing/sweeping of patios and garage, care of patio furniture, regular cleaning of outdoor kitchen and eating areas, moving firewood, cleaning fire pit, snow removal of patios, transporting items to and from storage, basic handywork... potential for upkeep of cold pool, hot tub, and swimming pool next spring. No landscaping needed at this time. Looking for someone to work approximately 6(?) hours a day, 2x-3x/week. Hours may vary slightly, especially in winter. Taking initiative, bringing other necessary home maintenance to homeowners attention may lead to additional hours. Once a solid work ethic is demonstrated schedule can be negotiated. Experience with responsibilities listed above preferred.

About who needs care: He has a colostomy bag but takes care of it himself. He self-Caths but may have a permanent bag surgery in the future. He has episodes of collapsing and my 87-yr-old mother cannot get him off of floor. They need meal-planning and prep for lunch and dinner. He sponge bathes but needs help 2 or 3 times a week to shower.. or have someone closer by as he sometimes falls in shower. Breakfast they can do, but need help with laundry (they have washer/dryer in apartment), making king-sized their bed, housework (general). They are in an apartment so maintenance is taken care of. He is a marine veteran. They do not have hobbies at this point. Both parents are mentally alert. Mom is going through infusions every 3 weeks for skin cancer treatment. She also drives. But with winter coming there are issues cleaning off their car of snow/ice so they can drive to appointments. About the care needs: We have two people, married almost 69 years. They are independent and pleasant and enjoy a the same. They have only been in Lexington area 4 years so no history or large family presence they have no social circle to speak of. At this time their personal needs are pretty much meal planning and preparation (lunch/dinner), laundry, housework, help Dad shower 2 or 3 times a week, cleaning off car of snow/ice in winter. As their needs change they would appreciate continuity of care in their home. Developing a relationship of trust and commitment would be nice so they know who is coming each time. The VA has provided some housework help but it is very inconsistent and many times a no-show. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

I am a mom who works from home with three boys ages 13, 12, and 7. I mainly need help with laundry and organization. Someone to help keep the linen closet organized and the sheets and towels washed, organized, and changed. For other organization, Im looking for someone to help keep the fridge, pantry, closets, drawers, and all spaces organized. I will have a cleaning service attending deep cleaning, but am in desperate need for laundry and organization. This is absolutely my number one priority. Dishes, cabinets, laundry, drawers, closets, etc. We have a mini golden doodle named Butter and a Ragdoll kitty named Snow.

We will be away from Fort Collins from late July 2022 until May 2023. Our house will be rented out during most of that time. Seeking someone to maintain the outdoor space, which entails weeding in summer and spring, leaf removal in fall, trimming back perennials in fall, and snow shoveling in winter.

87 yr. old male needs assistance commuting to & from dialysis which is about a mile from his home. During bad weather (i. e. snow or ice), he will need assistance walking from the house to the car and from the car into dialysis.
