Hello, I'm looking for someone to help around the house starting at one to two days a week, a small 2 bedroom, 1. 5 bathroom in Sherman Oaks with weekly cleaning/organizing for one occupant and two kitties. Includes tending to the garden, pool area, and some kitchen food prep. All this is easily learned (I can show you). I have all the cleaning materials and tools and schedule can be flexible and can park off the street.

House is 5000+ sq. ft. split between two floors and a basement (5 bed/5 bath - one bath outside in pool house that will only need to be cleaned during warm months). I need someone to dust, clean floors including moldings and bathrooms. We recently added a LG room for a pool table and separate 1/2 bath and laundry room. At this date it's just a large empty room and the 1/2bath has not been completed. The laundry is done but needs all trim as does all of it. There is a room size rug in living room and may have one in guest room. Both bathrooms are showers, no tubs.
