Professional mother seeking afternoon to evening assistance from an experienced caregiver. Ideal schedule will involve light housekeeping duties and preparation of dinner items then assisting with the children through evening activities. Applicant should be comfortable with animals, and will be expected to take our 2 large-breed dogs out into the fenced yard. There are also 2 cats in the home. Housekeeping duties include transporting children home from daycare, prep work for dinner (meal kit delivery service), unloading dishwasher, vacuuming, dusting / wiping surfaces, the children's laundry, and other small tasks. Hours will vary depending on day, but will generally be 4-7 p.m. and a minimum guaranteed weekly wage can be negotiated. Location is in the Yukon. A background check and driving record will be requested.

I'm looking for someone to help my parents out. My Dad has neuropathy in his feet, so he has issues with frequent falls. He needs someone to make sure he can safely shower. They also need some help with light housework and meal preparation. He is 74 and my Mom is 72. Dad is a retired COOP worker from Nebraska and Mom is a retired Lutheran minister. They both desire to keep their independence but need a little help in this goal. The ideal person for the job will need to be physically able to help pick Dad up if he falls, and be willing to sit outside the shower and assist him in and out.
