I work from home and am looking for someone to help out caring for my infant a couple days a week. This is a perfect job for a student, or someone looking for flexible part-time hours. We can work with your schedule, but are looking for about 10-15 hours weekly, during normal business hours.
My daughter will be 4 months old in October, so most of the caretaking will entail feeding bottles, settling for naps, changing diapers, and some easy playtime or walks in the stroller. I will be home and can assist where needed.
You must be okay with a large, enthusiastic dog. Our pup is a high energy lab! She is good with the baby, but cannot be left unattended with her, as she's sometimes a bit too excited. It would be a huge bonus if you're willing to play with or take our pup on walks while baby is sleeping sometimes.
All of this will be in our home, which is right next to the SRJC campus in Petaluma. You will need to have your own transportation, but I do not expect you to transport baby anywhere. You must be CPR certified, or willing to get certified (I will pay for it for the right person).
Please shoot me a message to tell me about you, what you're looking for, and why you think this job is a good fit. This has potential to be a very long term position if that's what you're looking for.
