We would like someone she can trust to help her work through physical therapy exercises, keep her company, and assist her with personal care during the day. At night, we require someone who can help her settle for the night and who will be available to help her with any needs that arise during the night. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Companionship. This job is 24/7 care, so we will be hiring a team of caregivers to handle all the hours necessary. My mother will need help brushing her teeth, washing her face, and brushing her hair each morning. She will need a bed bath each day as well and a fresh change of clothes. She has various therapists visiting, and she will need someone to help her work through her therapy homework exercises when she is out of therapy sessions. My husband and I currently work from home. I'm on maternity leave until December. I have a 3. 5-month-old that I need help with when I return. I'm breastfeeding exclusively so I will still be feeding her. But she is pretty much attached to me all day, which will make it impossible to do my job. I am looking for a child caregiver to basically hold her, walk around with her, keep her entertained, watch TV, etc. Hours are flexible but I was thinking like 10-3 Monday through Thursday. I have two other children in the home but they are older and need no assistance. I am also looking for someone who does housecleaning, however this is not necessary.
