Seeking care for my father in his 70s. Services needed: companionship, bathing / dressing, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, errands / shopping. No prior experience required. A little more about my father: he can be lethargic, pleasant. Stroke victim, paralyzed on one side. He is very kind, patient and overall super sweet, he is immobile and needs weekend help. I'm looking for someone who is patient, chatty, strong, fond of pets. Someone who can engage him in conversation and get him in his wheelchair for showers and even just to get him out of bed. There is a Hoyer at his house. Dave is bedbound so we need someone who able to get him out of bed (via Hoyer) and get a change of scenery, whether it is outside for a walk or even moving him to a different room. He is kind, patient and a super sweet man that needs help with bathing, changing and getting out of bed.
