Part Time
I am a single mom who is an Asst. Principal at a local private school. My son is on the autism spectrum. He is a gentle giant of 12 years old. He is super chill but needs to be supervised so he doesn't get into trouble. He has trouble with expressive language but makes his needs known.
I would just need someone to get him off the bus, hang around our place for a few hours, enjoy some snacks with him, cook him a simple meal, possibly do some light house keeping, or laundry. This may be a good opportunity for a college student, or high school student, or possibly a retired someone. I just need someone for about 12-15 hours a week who can be reliable for the bus Monday- Friday at 2:30 and early on Wednesday at 1 p.m. . Our ideal caregiver: Someone who is creative, reliable, has a good sense of humor, and is sensitive to kids on the autism spectrum. Someone with good supervision skills. Additional needs include light housekeeping. Looking for care Mondays (2pm-4pm), Tuesdays (2pm-4pm), Wednesdays (1pm-4pm), Thursdays (2pm-5pm), Fridays (2pm-4pm). Flexible start date. My schedule may vary.
