Nanny Needed For My Children High functioning special needs

We are looking for a nanny for 2 children in Kennewick. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping related to the children. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car (and would be potentially willing to drive the older child to activities if she has any), who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. We have a dog and cat. Days are variable and can be 2-3 days a week depending on my schedule. Time frame will always be 8am-2 p.m. I will be at home during the time nanny will be there but work nights so I will be sleeping.

He is verbal but struggles with complete sentences. We would love someone that is willing to go on adventures and willing to play. We have a beautiful daughter born in January 2023 and we require some childcare as I return to work. We have 5 pets as well, two dogs and three cats, so care provider needs to be pet friendly. I work from home and direct breastfeed so no need to worry about warming up bottles and bottle feeding! Hello! We are two physician assistants who are first time parents to a very sweet 4mo (will be 5mo by the time we need help) baby boy. Mom is returning to work in august and needing coverage every Thursday and every other Wednesday. Dad will be working from home on those days in his office.
