About who needs care: She has dementia and gets confused. She has low iron right now and they are working on that right now. She loves to play games. She does not go anywhere right now. She stays in her duplex apartment in a retirement community. About the care needs: A female that would converse with her and help her to clean herself if she needs it. She sometimes forgets to eat at times. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

Our main concern is transportation back and forth to dialysis on MWF. Be at dialysis at 9:00 and pick up around 2:00. Then stay until 4:00to make sure he settles in after dialysis
