Needing an afternoon nanny, 5 days a week for a little boy 5 years old. Full of energy, loves playing outside, very sweet and loving. My son does have moderate autism so patience and understanding are a must. School picks up daily at 12:20 & hanging out around the house or planning outside activities until 530ish when we get home from work. Our house is open, inviting and comfortable. You will be paid CASH Friday afternoons (40. 00 fuel allowance will be included weekly) Any activities outside, eating, trampoline house, zoo will also be paid by us.

Our son is still in the newborn phase of life. So he will experience changes in his schedule and needs continuously. He will be around 3 months old once help is needed. Ideally, we are looking for long term care (three years). Someone who can help us until he reaches preschool age. But this isn't a deal breaker and we are happy to have help for shorter periods with the right fit. My wife works from home and has a flexible schedule. Ideally, we are looking for someone with standing MWF availability but occasional Tuesdays/Thursdays would be great too! Ideally, the person watching him would also be comfortable with overnight and weekend trips with us that we are happy to fund, ourselves.
