Our caregiver should have their own reliable transportation, be willing to change diapers, and bottle feed. This arrangement is a term position until our daycare spot becomes available, however if we get along well we would love to rely on this caregiver for as-needed babysitting moving forward!

I need a house keeper twice a month. It will include sweeping floors in kitchen and family room and bathrooms. Also mopping these floors. Occasionally making the bed and vacuuming the carpet. I will pay $15-20 /hour.

We prefer someone who is willing to prepare a light meal for her and eat with her. About the care needs: Mom loves to propagate plants and give starts to people. Distracting her from the hallucinations by talking about her plants or grandchildren is a good strategy. She needs someone who is consistent and patient. The hallucinations are real to our mother, so we never try to convince her the people are not there, but do attempt to distract her. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

My child attends school part time and so is available in the early afternoon. I think it's important they receive one on one help from someone other than me, and that they meet at the public library, to ensure that they're getting out of the house.
