We're looking for a housekeeper to come Mondays & Thursdays in the evenings to "tidy up" our house. This involves some routine tasks plus some spot cleaning when needed. We have a toddler. No pets. Nonsmokers. Routine tasks: 1) put away baby toys 2) wipe dining table & sweep floor 3) wipe countertop & stovetop 4) Empty & load dishwasher 5) hand wash pots & pans As needed/spot cleaning: 1) fold laundry 2) sweep living room 3) change bed sheets 4) windex windows 5) bathrooms 6) vacuum bedrooms We'll pay a flat rate because we don't need you many hours - actually we prefer you finish quickly and we'd pay the same fee. Rate is negotiable - you're welcome to give a quote. We're looking for someone who knows what needs to be done and does it without much direction or oversight.
