Charlottesville Part Time Housekeeping Jobs

Hi! Looking for a housekeeper to come one a week for cleaning a 2 bedroom home. The house is small and mess minimal. Super cute very sweet small dog welcome wagon, is also in the mix. Days are flexible.

Searching for someone to support the running of our home. Looking for help with general tidying, intermittent cleaning of rooms, kitchen and bathrooms (maybe the rooms on an every other week rotation--something like that?). Our biggest consistent needs are with laundry, cooking and dishes - changing bed linens and straightening. We have a dog, but aside from taking him out occasionally, he doesn't need much and may be with one of us most of the time. Meal planning and shopping is done, but it's the cooking and the cleaning up from cooking that is the hard part for us. Kids are out of the house during the day, so no childcare is needed. Days and hours are very flexible, so 10am-2 p.m. is just a ballpark and can be adjusted as needed.

Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) housekeeper to pick up, clean-up, make beds, wash dishes, wash some clothing, etc. 2-3 hours per day.

Full time or part time. Need valid, clean VA license. Responsible for the full cleaning of the residence, including floors, windows, counters, tables, etc. Maintain the general cleanliness and appearance of the home. Create and maintain a schedule for monthly, quarterly, semi-annually cleaning projects Perform additional deep cleaning projects as needed. Keep closets, wardrobes, and other storage spaces organized; complete additional organizational projects as needed. Responsible for family laundry, including ironing, steaming, and care of fine garments. Empty trash and organize recycling. Load and unload dishwasher. Wash inside windows, woodwork, etc. Change bed linens.

We are looking for a part-time, dependable housekeeper for our home. The job will include basic housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, mopping, etc), laundering of sheets and towels, changing bed linens, window cleaning, microwave and refrigerator cleaning, and general tidying up of rooms.

My Charlottesville home needs a part-time housekeeper, 4 hours/week, $80. week. After reading the job specs, please MESSAGE ME if you are interested. Prefer if you provide your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, etc.). The 4 hours will be about 2 1/2 hours a week of sweeping, mopping and vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning, dusting, kitchen cleaning 0 the standard stiff. And about 1 1/2 hours a week of other tasks to get my home into its best condition, such as putting a new coat of stain on the baseboards and helping me donate stuff I no longer use to de-clutter, and weeding the garden. Be pet-friendly - I have a nervous cat. Excellent if you have your covid-19 vaccination. I listed the hours as Saturday afternoons. But Friday or Sunday afternoons would be OK instead of Saturday - choose one steady afternoon a week.
