Hi! My name is Zyan, and I am a dedicated, patient, and safety-focused caregiver with hands on experience as a mom to a now 6-year-old. Caring for my own child has given me real life experience with routines, emotional regulation, nap transitions, picky eating, and all the little things that come with supporting young children. I use a gentle, positive-discipline approach that focuses on clear boundaries, respectful communication, and emotional awareness. I believe that children thrive with consistency, structure, and warmth. I'm calm under pressure and prioritize creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel heard and supported.
