Nurturing, Dependable, and Outgoing I'd describe my personality as Nurturing, Dependable, and Outgoing I like working with kids because I enjoy being a positive influence in their lives and watching them learn grow and develop their own personalities. Every child is unique and I love building meaningful connections with them while creating a safe, loving and fun environment. I'm looking for a job that as a college student, I am looking for a family that can offer some flexibility with my school schedule. Most importantly, I want to work with a family where I can make a positive difference in their children's lives.
