About Zuri

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, energetic, and organized. I like working with kids because I am a solution-oriented person. I have spent my whole life around children so am comfortable with creating solutions in a chaotic environment. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old because I am eldest of five. I am very comfortable around children and enjoy helping with the development of a child. I have freelanced as a nanny in high school and college, so I have over 10 years of experience. I volunteered at a local daycare for infants and toddlers for two years. My skills include effective communication, activity planning (recreational and educational), supervision and safety managment. I am happy to help out with lunch and snacks, after school pick up including carpool, shuttling to after school activities, playdates or birthday parties, helping with homework, making dinner, and bedtime. I am dedicated to being a part of your child's village.
