I have a Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics, have worked as a Personal Care Attendant, and have experience with working with family members with dementia/Alzheimer's Disease. I believe in showing kindness and care as well as patience to best support the people for which I help care. I do not have a car, so I am unable to transport family members, but am happy to run errands within bus/walking distance! I am able to provide companionship, light housekeeping, and I would love to prepare nutritious meals for you and your loved ones! I am familiar with specific dietary needs as people age, such as soft /minced and moist/bite sized foods, low sodium diets, heart healthy diets, and carb consistent/controlled diets for people with diabetes.
