I have been working with those with special needs since I started volunteering at Cradle Beach, a summer camp for children with developmental disabilities, in 2015. I've worked as a counselor at the camp caring 24/7 for kids with a variety of special needs including those with autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and numerous other conditions every summer since 2019. I also have experience working with adults with disabilities through the camp's AL (adult learning) and Respite care programs. I love working with all kids, but those with disabilities have always had a special place in my heart as my little brother has special needs. I look forward to working with and getting to know kids outside of camp.
