I speak both English and Amharic. I came to the United States in October 2013. And since then I was working at a child care center, baby sitting at individual home, and taking care for an elderly woman. My first job was at Child Care in Lorton Virginia. I worked there for five years. Next I worked at an individual's house in Virginia for one year taking care of an elderly woman, I was helping her to feed her and to the bath room and taking shower. The family was happy whenever I come and take over. But I had to leave because I was living in Lorton at that time and the commute was far. But now I live in Alexandria. Currently I am taking care of a 5 years old daughter of a family at their home. I started taking care of her when she was just 7 months. Now she is 5 years old beautiful girl. And we have strong bond not only with their child but also with the parents. I feel like family right now. Thank you
