I'd describe my personality as an outgoing person with great communication skills and effective listening! I like working with kids because it doesn't feel like work! I have always heard your job won't feel like work if you love it, which is why I work with kids. I'm looking for a job that has flexibility with my school schedule. I'm also looking for healthy communication and respect I started caretaking about 5 years ago. I have been a long term nanny as well as a frequent babysitter for many families.
