My journey began with positive experiences in prior care roles, driving my desire to make a real difference in people's lives. As a Licensed Practicing Nurse, I provide respite care, manage medications, and run errands. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I build trust, communicate through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular calls.
