About Zarina

I have 10 years of experience as a In-Home Caregiver/CNA/HHA and volunteered at a Hospital for 2. I've been a Registered Yoga Teacher for 4 years now and have been practicing for over 10 years. I love helping people and knew I was meant to take care of people by the age of 8 yrs old when I started to take care of my grandpa. I've had a large range of ages from as small as a 2-month-old baby to as old as 102 yrs old. I have a lot of patience especially for children and the elderly who require a ton of it. I love to cook, bake, do physical therapy & yoga with my clients. I have a lot of experience with patients that have Dementia/Alzheimer's, Stroke Victims, Amputees, some that are blind, very hard of hearing, some that don't require a lot of hands on attention but need more help with transportation, shopping, cooking, companionship, yoga, etc. to others that need Full care like bathing, feeding, walking, transfers, Hoyer lifts, and medications. I find this job rewarding everyday I work.
