Hi my name is Zahava! I am a Graduate and a Masters Student at NYU who just finished as a Teaching Assistant for the year. Prior to working at UCLA and SMC I worked as a Psychology Researcher for the past 6 years and as a Teaching Assistant at UCLA for almost 3 years. During this time I also worked as a Pod Teacher for over 7 families during the Pandemic. My approach to teaching follows an adaptive model. I believe education should be completely individual to the learner and that it is a crucial way for full engagement and understanding. Childcare available. A little about me! I am 25 years old and I am a Yoga and Meditation Practitioner and this May I went solo traveling to my 26th country. I speak German almost fluently and Spanish Fluently. My hobbies include going into nature, reading, writing poetry, and watching old films, and of course traveling.

Zahava is truly an incredibly educator. She came in to help my daughter in her college courses and completely adapted to the type of learner she is. The time and care she took helped her to understand so much in the year that she's been working with her and she's been having the best Semester at UCLA she ever has had. I'm so incredibly grateful we met her!
