My college education complements my hands-on experience providing respite care, transportation, errands, and encouraging physical activity. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented, and I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. CPR and First Aid certified.
