About Yulicsa

I am a 24-year-old childcare provider with 6 years of experience, and I am currently in school to become an occupational therapist. I am CPR certified and speak both English and Spanish. I truly enjoy working with children and being part of their growth and development. I have a calm, patient, and friendly personality, which helps me build a strong connection with kids and make them feel safe and comfortable. I believe every family is different, so I always do my best to follow each family's routines, rules, and parenting style. I also value open communication with parents so they feel confident and supported. I enjoy keeping children active and engaged through outdoor play, educational games, arts and crafts, and fun activities that help them learn. I am also very comfortable caring for multiple children at once. I have been with my current family for 4 years, caring for 5 boys, which has taught me how to multitask, stay organized, and create a loving and safe environment.
