About Yulanda

If you’re considering welcoming Yulanda into your family, I honestly can’t recommend her highly enough. She was our nanny for two years, but has been so much more than a nanny to our family—she has become family herself. From the very beginning, she loved our children as if they were her own, and that kind of genuine care is something you simply can’t teach. Every day we left for work knowing our kids were not only safe, but happy, engaged, and deeply loved. She has an incredible ability to connect with children, balancing warmth, patience, structure, and fun. Whether she was planning activities, helping our children learn and grow, comforting them through difficult moments, or simply making them laugh, she consistently went above and beyond. Our children absolutely adore her, and the bond they’ve built is something we’ll always cherish. One of our children has additional medical needs, and she handled those responsibilities with confidence, compassion, and incredible attentiveness. She earned our complete trust, which is one of the greatest gifts a caregiver can give a parent. When we made the difficult decision to relocate, one of the hardest parts—without question—was knowing we would have to leave her behind. In fact, she was one of the biggest reasons we questioned whether we could even make the move. Finding someone you trust with your children is incredibly rare. Finding someone your children love, who loves them back just as deeply, is even rarer. Any family would be unbelievably fortunate to have her. She will bring kindness, reliability, professionalism, joy, and an immense amount of love into your home. We are forever grateful for everything she has done for our family, and while we are heartbroken to say goodbye, we are so excited for the next family who gets to experience what an incredible person she is. She will always have a place in our hearts, and we recommend her wholeheartedly and without reservation.
