Yssence was great with my daughter, from what I can tell. What I worry about is how the interaction was when I was not around. And the reason I question that is because she did a no call no show because she was supposedly sick. I had to reach out to her dad to get a response. And she was supposed to show up to work one day and she abruptly quit via text message, and refused to answer our calls afterwards. That type of behavior doesn't lend itself to describe someone with good character, which is why I question it. Lastly, I also asked, upon her quitting, if she could return my umbrella and shirt I let her borrow and never received it. Another reason I question her character and if I made the right decision by hiring her. I would definitely recommend proceeding with caution.
