About Young

Nurturing young minds and contributing to their development is my passion. For the past two years, I have enjoyed caring for children aged infant-11. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I believe in open communication with parents, so I provide verbal updates at pickup or however we set up communication. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to board games and puzzles. I am also happy to engage children in educational games, but im not comfortable with electronics unless the parent is okay with it. I am certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I am also willing to help with cooking and meal preparation, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision.
