I interviewed Yolanda for the cleaning job. She was very interested and wanted to work. Today she was supposed to start working. I texted her today morning to confirm the time and agree that she is coming. I texted her at 2:05pm (we agreed on training at 2pm) where she is and she just said i am not coming. Very unprofessional and I will not call her anymore. I don't recommend her at all.
