This is the background check we require for all caregivers.
Experience: 10 yrs
COVID-19 vaccinated
Hi I'm interested to work for your loved one. I have over 10 years of elderly, cancer clients, Alzheimer/dementia and special care experience. I have CNA, Phlebotomy and First Aid certification. My care services are tailored to meet your specific needs but not limited. For example administration of medications, feeding/ feeding tube, cooking, laundry, bathing, dressing grooming, companionship, errands, exercise therapy and accompanying to doctors appointments. Together we can discuss your loved one's needs whether it's be a little or a lot of care to insure her/his medical, mental and physical needs are met. Also I'm fully vaccinated COVID-19 and fallow CDC guidelines. And I have excellent references. Best regards, Yodit

I have had caregivers for my parents for 4 years. One and a half years ago I started 24 hour care for them, requiring a team of caregivers. My parents have dementia and also typical physical limitations of the elderly. Through my experience I have learned more than I ever imagined about the world of care-giving. I have encountered a wide range of caregiver quality. Yodit joined my team in February 2015. Yodit characterizes the best of the best. I have learned that you cannot train someone to be a caregiver. They either have it in their heart to be one or they don't. You can train them as to the specific needs of the client, but you cannot train them to love, to be intuitive, to think on the spot, to adapt, to be creative, to know how to laugh, and to make their client the center of their world. Yodit naturally knows how to do all of these things. She was constantly engaged with my parents. She knew how to make them laugh, how to make them understand, how manage their confusion, and how to make them feel they had a purpose in their increasingly small world. She can comfortably step into all aspects of care, including companionship. My mother, in particular, went through an extended period during which she was combative, paranoid, and difficult to manage. Yodit, together with the other members of the team, quickly adapted and was able to calm my mother and make her feel safe. She also lovingly guided my dad through his final days and along with the rest of the team, helped to make my dads passing in February, peaceful and comfortable. She truly loves my parents. Due to financial constraints I was no longer continue with 24 hour private care for just one person. My mom has moved to an adult family home. It was a great loss for me to have to lose my care-giving team. Yodit still comes to visit mom, another indication of her dedication. Regardless of your needs, you will not find a better caregiver than Yodit. You can be assured that your loved one will be cared for with compassion and skill at the highest possible level. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Yodit can provide my phone number to you. Mary
