Yissel was an amazing care giver for my mother in law in her last few years. She was always considerate of my mother in law’s needs, respectful if we needed privacy and she was always on time and quick with paperwork as needed. From the very beginning, my mother-in-law connected with her and felt comfortable in her presence, which is no small thing. I have worked with Yissel for 15 years as a charge nurse in a skilled nursing and rehab center. Yissel is an extraordinary CNA. She has a very positive attitude. She is always willing to help residents patients,family members and other staff. The patients absolutely adore her for her kindness, patience and sense of humor. Yissel is punctual and very reliable with her commitment’s.  She will always complete any task that is assigned to her. She asked appropriate questions when necessary and will always ask for help when needed. She is very thorough and does a phenomenal job with all of her work. Yissel is an integral part of the nursing team. Yissel is an absolute angel!   She provided such compassionate care for my mother, after she had several debilitating falls.  Not only was Yissel kind, comforting, knowledgeable and sweet, she always let my mother have one of the most important things - her dignity.  My mother was always so happy to see Yissel come through the door and share a laugh!  My siblings and I could not have gotten through such a difficult time without Yissel’s outstanding care!

I have seen yissel interact with my parents,91&88yrs old in a manner of such gentleness and compassion my parents looks forward to the day she works.my dad had a stroke a years ago and she helps him with those tasks requiring Dexter’s without making him feel broken. Yissel took care of my father who was, unfortunately, afflicted with dementia. Yissel was kind, considerate and caring. It’s not easy to care for patients with this disease but Yissel made it look easy. My father really loved her. We were blessed to have her. 

Yissel is a very special person; extremely dependable, caring and kind.  My mother had dementia and was adamantly opposed to having a caregiver.  After unsuccessful attempts with other potential individuals, Yissel easily won my mother over with her friendly and positive attitude.  Yissel is a smart, well trained health professional and she’s “fun” at the same time, a rare find indeed!  I would highly recommend Yissel for any caregiving situation.
