She is always on time on this on her task and getting to work. She’s also great at managing a whole team and getting the task done on time. She communicates 10/10 never miss work. While Yesenia excels in managing there may be potential areas for growth to further enhance their performance. It would be beneficial for Yesenia to focus on growth and being successful by learning new skills. Offering support or resources in this area could help them reach their full potential.
