Hi, my name is Yer. Growing up as the middle child, I naturally took on the role of caretaker for my younger siblings and cousins, which helped shape my nurturing, patient, and responsible nature. Caring for children has always felt natural to me, and I enjoy creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment where they feel comfortable being themselves. I have experience working in a Montessori environment, where I learned the importance of encouraging independence, curiosity, and gentle guidance while supporting each child's individual growth.
