About Yelena

I began my passion for teaching and nurturing from a young age. I have been working in the field of teaching, nurturing and coaching for the majority of my working profession. In my younger years I did babysitting, lifeguarding, taught swimming, camp counseling, etc. A bit later in life, I worked for 4 years in after school programs and daycares, specializing in creating stimulating, explorative, nurturing, supportive environments as well as teaching Art and Yoga. Since 2017, every winter (Dec- May), I have been coaching children to release their fear, to embrace their strength, to love and accept themselves and others though skiing and snowboarding in Kirkwood Vail resorts. In the last couple of years I have nannied few few families I met through Kirkwood, on a as needed basis. And this last year I nannied for a family with three children, 9-year-old girl, 3-year-old girl and a 1-year-old boy full time.
