For the last decade, I've dedicated myself to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My graduate degree complements my hands-on experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I'm patient, compassionate, and approachable, and I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build strong connections. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and perform light housekeeping. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method.
