Amy is by far the best nanny we've ever worked with. She took care of our LO from 3 months old to 6 months old, and the only reason we had to part ways is because we're moving away from the East Bay. I can only hope to find as good a nanny as Amy where we're moving. Amy treats our LO as her own, always thinking from the baby's perspective and making sure the baby is comfortable and happy. With her background in nursing, we can trust that she makes sound, medically informed judgments. Amy instantly connected with the baby and helped support various developmental milestones. With her, the baby learns, laughs, and gets plenty of exercise and snuggles. She's completely capable of every aspect of baby care, including bathing. Her attention to detail means everything is not only done, but done WELL (and I have high standards in this regard). She's a trusted partner whom I feel completely comfortable leaving my little one with. Not only is Amy great at childcare, but she also goes above and beyond, lending a helping hand around the house whenever possible. For example, one time she cleaned up the cat's accident outside the litter box—something I had noticed myself but hadn't had time to get to yet—without being asked. I very much appreciate her kindness and generous nature. On the days that Amy is here, our house is filled with laughter and good vibes, and it's so calming and relaxing for everyone in our home to have Amy around. She's trustworthy, hardworking, loving, generous, and GOOD at what she does. Any family would be lucky to have Amy as a nanny!
