About Yasmin

I'd describe my personality as easy-going, organized, communicative, and creative! I like working with kids because I believe they are what makes the world special. It is a blessing to see things through their eyes and be a supportive guide as they grow into themselves and engage with the environments and communities around them. I've been a babysitter for many different ages and families since I was a teenager. I worked consistently with a family for about three years, two 4-old twins and their 2-year-old sister. I also volunteered for several years at a children's art and science museum. Additionally, I helped co-run an after school program in my community which served as a safe space for kids to play, get homework help, and receive food in an under-resourced neighborhood (kids aged 3-12).
