About Yashera

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. For the last nine years, I have worked to support their well-being and independence. My experience in previous care roles solidified my desire to continue on this path. I am a Certified Home Health Aid, and I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written reports and verbal updates. I strive to understand each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. When caring for individuals with memory care needs, I can de-escalate stressful situations, redirect attention, and incorporate memory care activities. My compassionate and detail-oriented nature allows me to provide the best possible care. I look forward to bringing my skills and warmth to your family.
