Yara is fantastic! She has great energy. She’s attentive, passionate, conscientious, fun & funny. She works with purpose to understand her person’s needs at that moment and kept her person safe. She reads the situation well, thinks ahead and tries to make the day a better one. I can’t say enough good things about her. Senior care, Alzheimer’s, dementia, physical or cognitive issues, she has experience to handle it correctly and is willing to keep learning, checking in with what she observes. A+
