They are just like the mud, we are the ones to mold them in what ever way we want. Children are very curious about things. We must be very gentle and polite. Things that should be taken care of are the food they eat, clothes they wear, their health condition, etc. One must have at least a little knowledge about first aid, medicines, etc. One should be affectionate towards them.

I knew Yangchen for 3 years before she came to work for me for one year. Her calm, gentle demeanor made it easy for my kids to trust, love and respect her. Yangchen is also detailed oriented and meticulous with housekeeping. She is organized and kept my house in order everyday! Bathrooms were always clean, the floors always washed, the kitchen spotless. My boys are older now and are in school full time. We miss her but understand she has to move on.
