I pride myself in my ability to be highly attuned and adapted to every child's individual needs during every stage of development. I have approximately 10 years of experience caring for children, from infants to teenagers. I take my development as a childcare professional very seriously, so I am constantly learning and keeping myself up to date on the expertise of child psychologists and parenting experts. Yaeli is very responsible and a pleasure to have. She has a lot of experience taking care of children of all ages. Yaeli has always been on high demand within the family. People always reach out for her to babysit because they trust her and she does an amazing job at it. Yaeli has taken care of my one year old son a few times. One thing I love about Yaeli is that whenever she takes care of my son, she teaches him and helps his milestones. My son has learned a few things with her encouragement and it has made me so happy. He learned to crawl, walk, stand, climb, take steps, etc. It's like she has a magic touch, she understands children and they understand her. I always look forward to her next visit because I know my son will learn something new again. I also love that Yaeli is very punctual and has great communication with me when watching my child. Yaeli  enjoys taking care of children. She treats them with love and support. When they make mistakes,  She shows children patience and understanding, so that they can learn from them, and at the same time feel confident. She treats kids as if they  were  her own. Yaeli was a colleague of mine in a K-8 after school program. She is able to work with various learners, large groups of students and is extremely popular amongst the youth. Students always have fun working with her, which is a great sign of her trustworthiness and rapport with families.
