Hi, my name is Yaa. I'm a Certified home health aide and a CPR Certified. I worked for several hospitals 10yrs+. For the past 10yrs, I've been working for seniors at their various homes as a caregiver. I have experience with seniors with depression, anxiety, mental illnesses, Alzheimers, dementia, Parkinson's, diabetes, stroke, heart diseases, high blood pressures, cancer, memory loss, mobility restrictions and many more. I was fortunate to find Ms Y. last spring when my aunt&#39;s caregivers were untrained and unacceptable. She was the same cost and what a difference in service! Trained, compassionate and anticipated my aunt&#39;s needs. My aunt had dementia and she was gentle and caring toward her. She had 24/7 care and I was pleased with the service . Would definitely recommend her.

It is hard to not become emotional when writing about the amazing woman Yaa is and what she has meant to me and my family over those past few years.  My mother recently passed away after a slow decline from dementia.  She was objectively speaking a difficult patient in many ways.  Yaa was the only person who found just the right way to handle her, care for her and connect with her.  Yaa leads with love and care in addition to her skills and diligence.  Yaa helped my brother and I keep a non-stop vigil in the last week of my mother's life.  She was with us to the end. I hope that Yaa and her beautiful family will always be connected to our family.  We will be forever grateful to her.

One outstanding warm capable caregiver with the punctuality and reliability of a NASA astronaut. What a smile. Strong beyond her tiny frame's (I'm 250lbs) appearance. Available on into the eve, willing to help with everything. Not queasy at the site of weird wounds. Multilingual. Can't wait to see her again.  Her whole family is in the care biz. Beautiful daughter Pam is headed for life as an Orthopedic surgeon, no less. Yaa is comfortable with all your medical and household care needs.

Wonderful help, wonderful experience, wonderful person.  Yaa was excellent with helping my friend with COPD.  My friend has limited mobility and Yaa helped in big and small ways. Yaa was heaven-sent for my recent post-surgery care. She is kind and caring, prompt and dependable. She was genuinely overjoyed to see me when I was ready for discharge from the hospital and she went above and beyond to make sure I was okay, picked up my prescriptions for me and is a beautiful woman inside and out. She cares and I would hire her again.

She was punctual, pleasant to be with, very helpful to me and used initiative to assist me.  I would definitely use her services again.

Simply put : Yaa is Heaven-sent! My Mom was dealing with excruciating lower back pain and needed temporary assistance getting around her house. My brother and I spent an entire weekend with her assisting with basic daily routines but we needed a qualified professional to spend time with and take care of her. Time was of the essence and we were looking to hire someone quickly. Upon a quick google search, we stumbled upon Yaa's home health aide services. After a thorough interview on the phone, it was clear Yaa was the perfect candidate. She arrived at my Mom's house literally a few hours after the interview. Her energy was infectious right from the moment we greeted each other. She's very caring, charismatic, compassionate, and full of energy! She went over and beyond in making sure my Mom got every care she needed-going to the bathroom, checking on her while she slept, bringing her essentials like food and her meds, and much more! Yaa came to my rescue in a pinch! I needed someone last minute to stay with my grandmother who has dementia and Parkinson's while I went away and Yaa was amazing. I came home after my trip and my house was cleaner than I left it and my grandmother was very content. This is my first time hiring someone to care for her so I was nervous, but Yaa was very attentive and communicative. She asked the right questions and everything was seamless. I'd hire Yaa again in a heartbeat! She is my go to when I need a break or need to leave my home, but have my loved one protected and cared for. She's great!
