About Xochitl

Xochitl was wonderful with our son and exceeded our expectations when she worked with our family. She was caring and attentive, and we had a very positive experience with her directly. Unfortunately, we later referred her to a fellow physician and had a very different experience with reliability. On two separate occasions, Xochitl was expected to provide childcare but did not arrive and did not respond to calls or messages. After the first occurrence, my friend gave her another opportunity, but unfortunately the same thing happened again. Given that both parents have demanding jobs where last-minute childcare cancellations can be extremely difficult to manage, the lack of communication was particularly concerning. We genuinely appreciated the care Xochitl provided to our son, but reliability and communication are also essential when families are depending on scheduled childcare. I wanted to share both aspects of our experience so other families can make an informed decision.
