Dedicated and caring professional who loves working with children and helping them grow. Experienced in supervising and caring for a group of 50 children on my own in an after school program, keeping them safe, engaged, and organized. Also worked as a Registered Behavior Technician providing in-home ABA therapy for clients ages 2 to 18, using positive reinforcement, redirection, and de-escalation to support safety, communication, and independence. Currently a Behavior Interventionist, providing one-on-one care for a student with cerebral palsy, including daily living support, safe transfers, and academic assistance. Patient, adaptable, and skilled at meeting each child's needs, whether in a large group or one-on-one. Finds real joy in celebrating every milestone, big or small.
