I'm a creative and patient caregiver with a passion for fostering children's growth and imagination. While I only have five years of paid experience-inclusive of all abilities and spectrum levels-I have much more time logged volunteering, and helping out in my large family. I'm skilled at keeping up to three children engaged with a variety of games and activities. Whether it's outdoors, board games, legos, Barbie, or crafting, I love watching their imaginations soar. I understand that consistency in care is crucial, so I work closely with parents to ensure their preferences and expectations are met. Regular updates and open communication help build trust and keep everyone on the same page. As a rule follower, I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while still maintaining a positive and nurturing environment.
