Through the experiences of working with different clients of different ages and situations, I have understood how painful it is to accept declining of body with age and being dependent on others for personal care followed by accidental falls and disease complications can be, so I try to understand them and be a warm, soothing and reliable person to them. From the experiences I have, I believe that a caregiver should have conscience, be loving and also compassionate.

Winta is an extraordinary caregiver. She is extremely diligent and hardworking. Winta takes her job very seriously. She is always caring, kind, and gentle. We are happy with the way she treats our father, like family, with respect and humor. We consider ourselves very lucky that Winta was assigned to the night shift on our dad's case. Our father can get confused during the night and it is very clear to us that he feels calm and safe with Winta. We are happy that Winta is part of Dad's care team. Thank you Winta.
