Winnie is a compassionate, knowledgeable, loving care-giver. She cared for my father during the last year of his life. She managed his declining health while keeping his dignity intact. When he became bed-ridden due to a broken hip, she managed to get him in his wheelchair and get him outside each day. She kept my father clean and as comfortable as possible at all times. She was on top of his medications and made sure he received the right ones at the right times. Winnie did not leave his side. She sat by him and watched television with him while always holding his hand. She was always gentle and kind to him, regardless of the situation. My father loved Winnie and due to her calm, experienced care-giving, our family was able to spend quality time with my father during the last year of his life.
