As a Nanny I am caring , friendly, playful and can engage a child in developmentally appropriate activities. I can teach writing and Math and Nursery Rhymes to the younger children. I am an artist and can teach children to draw. I am very organized and love it when involve the child in straightening up and declutter. I am flexible with all children's needs. I can help with preparing whatever the kids want to eat giving them a choice and letting them tell me what they want to eat. I am great at teaching children to remember there thank you's. I want to make the child my friend. I do not discipline but let the parent take over. I am great with children.

We need someone on very short notice to take care of your 4 year old daughter because her school was closed and we had to work. Winnie accepted the job, and when we talked on the phone she asked me about my daughter. I told Winnie she is getting interested in art. So Winnie (who's an artist) brought coloring books, and came up with arts and crafts projects, that our daughter really liked. She kept her engaged, and took good care of her. After day one our daughter was happy that Winnie was coming again the next day, so they bonded. Our daughter can be shy the first day, so it takes someone who is attentive and good at understand her needs to bond with her, which is a testament to Winnie's ability to connect with a child quickly.
